My first Pretties Post! Benefit’s High Brow Pencil has got to be one of my most favorite and NEWLY acquired make up tool. You use the pencil below the brow and then place tiny dots above the brow. Blend well with your finger. You can also apply to the inner corner of your eye. I do this after applying my shadow and before applying my eyeliner and mascara. Once it is blended it gives the perfect highlight! Not too shiny, no sparkles (although I do love sparkles), and perfect for every occasion!
